Lizzo is in a little bit of trouble after claiming on Twitter— on a platform with over one million followers— that a Postmates driver stole her food. The driver is now coming after her in court.

In lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, Tiffany Wells claims that Lizzo has really screwed up her life when she went on social media and posted a picture of Tiffany claiming she stole the food that she was supposed to deliver to Lizzo’s Boston hotel back in September. The post has since been deleted.

Lizzo later publicly acknowledged she was wrong and Tiffany did nothing wrong. According to TMZ, Tiffany actually went beyond what she had to do to find Lizzo in the hotel, but she was nowhere to be seen so Tiffany eventually left. Tiffany also noted that Postmates sided with her, and she moved on to her next delivery.

Since the original post alleging that Tiffany stole Lizzo’s food, the driver says that she has received threats and is concerned for her safety. She no longer works for Postmates because of the incident and says she is subject to ridicule and humiliation, along with stress and anxiety.

With that being said, Tiffany is suing Lizzo for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
