Logic Becomes First Hip-Hop Artist With A New York Times No.1 Novel

The rapper debuted his new novel SUPERMARKET on March 26th and he’s now already a New York Times bestseller. SUPERMARKET topped Wednesday’s prestigious Paperback Fiction list at #1. The novel, which held on to #1 retail at Amazon and Barnes & Noble all week, has been appreciated by critics. He’s the first Hip-Hop artist to achieve this feat. “Humbled. Thank you all,” he wrote on Instagram.

The rapper’s accompanying soundtrack to the novel debuts at #6 this week on the Billboard Alternative Album chart. Logic also recently his new song ‘Confessions of a Dangerous Mind‘, the title track from his next album which is expected to hit stores later this year.
