Kid Rey Releases New Single 'Deadline'

Deadline is a melodic catchy song with a bouncy melodic vocal and beat, accompanied by LMC’s signature hard drums. Kid Rey’s melodies and witty punch lines go perfectly over top of the beat to create a mesmerising song that will leave you moving.

Deadline is about the interior trauma we all experience when we doubt ourselves. The trauma we experience when inside we feel lost and broken but outside we look capable and competent. The song gives people going through a hard time to relate to Kid Rey and his words and not feel alone in their internal battle.

During a chaotic NZ summer festival season, Kid Rey has been busy performing at the majority of the country’s biggest festivals, including Bay Dreams & Sound Splash to crowds of over 10k. With the success of Kid Rey and the 300wlrd collective including LMC, Raka & Rhyse300 backed by Promoter legend Pato Alvarez, new music is highly anticipated.
